extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. Ride was ok. driver drove wrong direction down highway at one point to turn around looking for the hotel, not a long distance but could have just done a u-turn instead of unsafe driving. Not worth saving $5 over the park connection bus. I took both, Park connection much more professional and conmfortable
