I'm sure that I'm the reason the previous person waited so long when they went to this office. Thank you for waiting...and a BIG thank you to River City Dental Group. I had a BIG emergency, and needed to be seen as soon as possible, and they had me come within 2 hours of my call the same day. I know that my emergency made everyone else wait who had an appointment. I'm sorry for that. My dentist, Dr. Andonian, was amazing! He's so gentle and kind and you can tell he really likes his patients. The dental assistant was funny and the manager came in to my room twice to see if she could help me or get me anything, including a magazine, blanket, or beverages. I've never experienced this kind of service at a dental office before and I can recommend this office with FIVE STARS! A.R. Fair Oaks

I have yet to come to an appointment and be seen on time. I have waited over an hour before and also hate calling there to make the appointment because their staff will put you on hold forever it seems like! (at least 5 minutes). They always seem to be "running behind". I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that has a schedule to keep, you'll be there much longer than your appointment is supposed to be!
