Worst experience ever. Super unprofessional. Was given a quote, than took us six weeks just to contact him to make an appointment. I was told he would have my car for a week, which quickly turned into over two weeks, all the while I had to pay for a rental car. After twice as long as the quoted turn around time, I got a voice mail saying the car was done. We picked it up and the color didn't match it at. He tried repainting the car THREE more times, and couldn't match it, yet still insisted on his money in cash. I paid him for the body work, and took my car to another shop.... where they matched the original paint first try, and even gave me a break on the price because I told them the nightmare I went through with Berta's. Do yourself a favor, don't use this shop, you will regret it.
