When we moved moved to the area, one of the things I looked for was a great dojo. After studying 4 years of Seidokan, I knew I wanted to find a location that was serious about the Arts with consistent focus on improving and challenging one's mind, body and soul. The Martial Arts Studio affords each student the opportunity to push the limitations of self. It has been a privilege to attend the school and a joy to watch my children and wife enter into the Martial Arts family.

This place offers not only a variety of martial arts classes, but also fitness kick boxing and after school/summer camp for the kids. The people who work here are absolutely amazing. They will always be there to lend a hand, a smile, and a lesson. I've been with the Martial Arts Studio for somewhere around 5 years.... It's simply awesome.

You'll leave feeling like you're mind, body and soul have all been stimulated... I'm still learning new things every single class.
