I've lived in apt. 6 for a year now and I would not renew my lease. The walls are so paper thin that I can hear every single noise the neighbors make. They are not loud at all, but I can understand every word of their conversations. There is also a fire hall directly across the street with an incredibly loud alarm that goes off every now and then.The property manager Slavko is great, problems are always taken care of very promptly. The building is for sale now though, so be ready for a lot of showings.
