DON'T GO TO THIS PRACTICE! Extremely unprofessional, docs and nurses involved in socializing more than treating patients, wait time is very long, nurse is condescending, arrogant and of limited medical knowledge (apparently does not understand starting dose from maintenance dose, was told synthroid had no side effects, to which I should have responded to by hanging up and not making appointment). I was told directly that I should not expect to be out in 30 minutes w/ an 8:45 a.m. appointment (3rd patient of day) -- and I knew why, because I saw her chit chatting with other staff with no regard for patients. Staff talk about patients, and do not realize they are being watched or over heard by other patients. It is like a rural, small town mentality where their pettiness comes before patient care. Staff lacks empathy, customer service skills, they are oblivious to the idea they should improve, and that the practice just down the street has no wait time when you walk in and complete professionalism from the word go!

STEER CLEAR, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL I PUT MYSELF THROUGH!!! Unfortunately I neglected to read the reviews on other sites for this doc/practice, because my experience matches the negative reviews written. If you are a smart consumer, you too will look just a few blocks away for someone else.
