Terrible service!! Not once have I had a good experience in this store. Throughout my 9 month pregnancy, I took several trips there and when I would leave, I'd be frustrated and upset. The staff was rude and often made me wait longer than necessary just for information on items. One time I received a voice message from an Andrew calling to confirm that I had picked up my internet order (why would they call to confirm that I'd already picked something up, by the way?) so I called back to say I was still waiting on the confirmation email to let me know my shipment had arrived and to confirm my order was still in place, and they said Andrew had made a mistake and my order was still due to come in within a week. When I finally received the confirmation email about a week later, I went to pick my shipment up, only to discover that the order had been cancelled out. No one could give me an explanation for why, not even a manager. So they made me reorder and come back to the store to pick up a few weeks later. This was in my 8th month of pregnancy, by the way. I went back to return something just yesterday and the woman at customer service told me I could fully exchange the item, then went to get the item I wanted to swap with, and when I returned to the customer service desk, there was someone else there who told me I could not exchange at all. I will no longer go back to this store.
