When we think of dental care, seeing a dentist is one of those last things that you want to do, but Doctor Anna and staff are so professional. Seeing them makes it a beautiful and memorable experience. The doctor and staff are very friendly and very patient with you. Very kid friendly place! They go above and beyond to explain what they are doing. Strongly recommend this place!

I haven't been to a dentist in over 5 years before coming here. I was terrified of the old X-rays because of how painful they were. I came here and it changed the way I think of the dentist. The staff is so nice, the office is super clean, and the professionals are just that! They made me feel so comfortable and I felt no pain. They helped me get my oral care back in order. I love going to the dentist now and I recommend this place to everyone!

I am so relieved to have found a capable dentist who accepts my lousy insurance. Dr. Anna is very business like and spends little time making small talk, but she does a good job. I had to have two crowns put in and the prep was painful and no fun, but was done properly. I liked the desk staff, the X-ray tech, Philomena, the assistant Lana and the billing expert Hitesh. My husband has gone twice for deep cleaning of his gums and was very happy with the hygenist, Char.

Philamena was the 1st young woman who did the x-rays of my teeth. She was gentle, professional and congenial. I enjoyed our conversation, which put me at ease. Charlene was my dental hygienist and I loved how my teeth felt after she cleaned them. She was also good about explaining the different procedures and talking with me about my teeth because I had many questions. She has a comical personality and she was extremely knowledgeable about problems concerning the teeth. The receptionists were very cordial at the front desk, I enjoyed talking with them, especially speaking with Thuy (pronounced Tea), who set up my 1st appointment. Ashley, the coordinator gave me good appointment dates for my follow-up treatments. Dr. Nguyen is professional and knows the art of dentistry. She did a spectacular job on my teeth. She however, did not explain about the teeth that she was going to fill, I had to ask other staff members. If you are seeking a good doctor that does her job and not a friend, then she is definitely the one. I just wanted a nice job done and explanations on the work being done. I heard them talking and writing down different numbers, but I was clueless on the meaning. I guess it was up to me to ask what they were talking about. I just never had to do that with other dentists. I am however, very satisfied with the work done so far.

Awful dentist. She told me I was challenging and I had to go back three times due to high filling. Ended up switching dentists because I was too nervous to see her again. Do not use this office,

There is no way the below people went to the same American Dentist in Exton Pa as I did. Every procedure they did was painful and that's for a cleaning! I can take a lot of pain,I usually get a filling without novocaine. When they did numb my mouth,it was way to much. They made a sore spot on the side of my tongue with a tool...I couldn't feel it and I couldn't eat for two days. They said I had5 cavities I didn't believe because I had been to another dentist every 6 month. and they said my 6 year old had 3. Rip off

What a GREAT office! As a mom of three they were able to coordinate all of our appointments at a suitable time for my hectic life and did an amazing job. My youngest being 7 bonded well with their hygienist and the doctor was tolerant of a squirmy child in the chair. Even though I could have brought him to the pediatric dentist I was very pleased that she saw him and did well explaining and talking him through the procedure. We even left with goodies from the treasure chest and two of my children were entered into a “cavity free club” which gets drawn every 6 months to win a bike! Overall wonderful experience and happy to have found an office with such an amazing staff.

I would like to scream at the top of my lungs on the top of a mountain to say how wonderful this office is! I have an anxiety of dentists, but this particular office made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had a chipped tooth and they were able to see me that same day. A++++ office! Highly reccommend!!
