Expert plumbers that you can trust are not easy to find. The only reason I give 4 stars for promptness is because it was a smaller job and they have to work on their commercial and emergency jobs first and foremost. But you want a busy plumber! Two men showed, worked diligently and professionally, the bills were accurate and I am happy with the results.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Hired for several jobs and always thought the bill was large but he doesn't send itemized statements and I'm a trusting person so....until the last job. 2 guys came, did less than twenty minutes of work total, combined, no parts needed and received a bill for $260.!!!!!When I inquired as to why the bill was so high, I was told $65/hr x 2 men(one never even stepped foot into my house) x 1 hour plus $65/hr drive time times 2 people. So $130 to drive 20 minutes to my house??? $130 for one guy to work 20 minutes??? Uh no. CROOKS
