The first thing that I noticed when I entered this "tavern" was that it was VERY DIRTY--and that it SMELLED. The next thing that I noticed was that this DUMP was very, VERY DIRTY: the floors were DIRTY; the chairs were DIRTY; and, even the tables were DIRTY--so DIRTY, that I do NOT think that they were ever wiped down between customers.

This is definately NOT the place to order FOOD: the Onion Soup MIGHT have been good if it had been properly cooked (it was under-cooked)--but I had one of the WORST hamburgers of my life! The waitress (she never introduced herself, and was not wearing a name-tag) needs to learn how to take orders: I ordered Medium RARE, but got Medium WELL; and, the "chef" needs to go back to cooking school in order to learn how to cook hamburgers: mine was not only over-cooked, but it was DRY as a bone--because the "chef" obviously repeatedly pressed the hamburger down with a spatula in order to accelerate cooking time--and, in so doing, crushed ALL of the moisture out of the hamburger... making it as DRY AS THE MOJAVE DESERT.

This "tavern" is a DIRTY, STINKING ARMPIT--and, I will NOT go back!...

A fantastic bar to sit down and unwind. The regulars are very friendly to me, and the drinks aren't overly pricey!
