I currently live in a apartment complex that has taken over management in Nov-15. I have been emailing them for months now trying to have a single question answered. I do not want to sign a new lease without that question answered as it may change my decision. I have had no responses to any of my emails except for one reminding me that i need to sign a new lease. They must not of even read my emails because in every email I state that i am happy to sing a new lease but not until my question is answered. No apology for being ignored for months. If you want a reply just tell them you will no longer pay them. That is the only time i have received a response. Everything in the complex has slowly worsened from the moment they took over. Extremely unproffessional.

I rented from CP Management for almost 2 years. The property manager could care less about their tenants, their happiness or willingness to work with you. Her only concern is the property. She will not return phone calls or emails when you have an issue for weeks (in one case, months), but if she has an issue, will be on you non stop expecting a resolution that very day. Short version, she either has forgotten or doesn't care that the tenants are their customers!



They do a very thorough background check. But, very quick, pro-functionary move in inspection. Place was "broom" clean at best on move in, spent 3 days cleaning the place once I moved in. Then, BEYOND thorough move out inspection, claiming things weren't clean on move out when it was cleaner than when I moved in! Ofcouse there was a charge for this "lack of cleanliness". They also nickel and dime you on move out, including wear and tear items. First time in my life I have not received my full deposit back.

This company manages the property that I live in. We initially agreed on a move-in date. I was on my way, already driven 12 hours, about 30 minutes from the apartment and got a phone call that the apartment wasn't ready and I had to stay elsewhere. I argued with them and was able to sign the lease and take the apartment as is. However, they didn't change the smoke alarm batteries or ready the gas and water tanks. I had a gas leak 48 hours into living there. They couldn't process my rent so instead of calling me they sent me an eviction notice. When I initially called, the woman said that they don't have it. I called the bank and the check was processed weeks ago. When I called back, she was all of sudden nice and said the rent was processed and to ignore the eviction notice. They have a snow removal policy that you have to clean off and move your car to a plowed parking space or your car would be towed. I had to go out of town and called them because I knew the weather would be bad. I don't have someone else to clear the car and move it. They told me the car would be towed. This management company is nasty!!!!
