Had been rejected for a warranty claim for a $900 pair of skates that lasted 10 months. I realize that the standard warranty period is 90 days and this claim is outside of this warranty period. However, in my opinion, for the price of these skates some consideration should be given.

However, the real "kicker" was the rude and condescending attitude of the Bauer rep. He insistence on this being a skate fit issue as opposed to a manufacturer defect was frustrating and completely disrespectful. Even after I repeatably told him that I was fitted for these skates by a Bauer rep and worn 2 pair previously. I guess the customer does not know what there are talking about. Very poor business practice if you ask me.
