Since 1969, the Academy of Self Defense has been pleased to offer the Chicagoland area a variety of martial arts classes at our Evergreen Park, IL. We offer classes to fit the needs of men, women and children. We offer special courses planned for all ages in self-defense, self-confidence, discipline and personality development. Our current class offerings include: systema, mixed martial arts (MMA), karate, kung-fu, judo, kenpo karate, grappling, and weapons training. We offer classes tailored specifically to women and children, too. We offer women's kickboxing in a secure and comfortable environment. We also have programs for children including self-defense and Little Ninja's Pre-K classes. We are excited to work with you to help you achieve your personal goals.
