While driving with my wife and two year old daughter, one of the employees cut us off in the company van then combatively continued to speed up and slow down next to us; it was very uncomfortable because she kept looking at me and my family while waving her arms and screaming obscenities at us. She was more concerned with taunting my family then the safety of those around her, not to mention the liability of the company she represented—she may have been on drugs or drunk, she was clearly out of her element. If this behavior is any indication of the quality of service they provide, then I strongly discourage seeking “Mountain Drains” for your plumbing needs. This person obviously didn’t care about the wellbeing of my family or others on the road, so I highly doubt they will take the time to provide a quality service to the potential clients that they harass on the highways.

We had a unique situation- bought a distressed home with major water damage- broken pipes in every room. The banks were a pain in the neck to work with- our closing was delayed for several months, plus our lender required extensive information on the repairs we needed to make, but Mountain Drains was with us every step of the way. Danny provided honest, timely, detailed information for our lenders- starting with an accurate quote prior to buying the house, then John continued to do a terrific job repairing the damage. We've turned a soggy fixer-upper into our dream home, and couldn't have done it without the help of Mountain Drains.

They were very professional and right on time. ALso I got some other quotes from the other people... who I think were not local and Mountain Drains had the lowest price. I would recommend them.

Mountain Drains has done numerous jobs for me and always has done a great job, they were on time and less than any of the competition.If you need it done they are the best.The have done rooter rooting to the main, water line installationyou name they have done it for me.
