We purchased a door at my dads resident. The garage door worked for only about a day then only opened a quarter of the way. It was a new light weight door with new everything. The company seemed great at first we made down payment and paid payments up until my dad passed away and we lost our jobs. The calls were rude and didn't seem to care that all I could afford we're small payments. Said that my father could have waited to die til after he got all his money. So unless you plan on paying for a sort of good quality door, don't go through them bc if god forbid if a disaster happens to your family they won't care and actually mock the fact that they are gone...
