I am surprised to see so many people who give Lumina such high stars. I had a very bad experience with Lumina working with my wedding. They were very unprofessional with my mother and I, They taped my whole wedding in low resolution and are unwilling to make things right. It is a day I can never get back. If they had made any effort to try and fix their mistake perhaps I would not be writing this review. Here are the facts, Lumina promised me my wedding video 4-6 weeks after the wedding 7 months later I demand the video and am told the video is ruined. I was so excited to get it but now cannot even watch it without crying. The faces are very blurry and images extremly pixilated. Everytime I called to check on how it was coming they made up excuse after excuse and now I know why. They ruined the memory of my important day. A day I can never get back. So if you want to use them to shoot your buisness, senior pictures, family photos go ahead, they can take a picture but as far as trusting them with the most important day of your life, think again or be prepared to loose those memories.

I usually do not write reviews but after what happened to me I feel it nessacary to do so. Lumina took photos for my sisters wedding 4 years ago and she was for the most part happy with them so my mom insisted we use them again. Nathan ruined my wedding video by shooting it in low resoultion (blurry faces and highly pixelated) I couldnt even tell who was walking down the aisle the faces were that blurry. We were promised the video 4-6 weeks after the wedding they delivered it 7 months later, it wasnt until we demanded the raw footage that he finally gave it to me and told me that he had ruined the video, and actually glen told me, not nathan. Everytime we called they had an excuse as to why it wasnt ready. They were very unprofessional dealing with the situation and taking responsiblity for the product they presented me with. Glen told my fiance that I probably wouldnt even notice the footage in low resoultion. The night I got it I was so excited but when I watched it all I could do was cry I was so upset. They did not try to make things right by offering my money back, putting the raw footage on a viewable format, and lastly I never once felt they were sorry for what happened. It was a day I can never get back.I write this review for brides to be aware that these things do happen and Lumina does NOT take responsibility for their mistakes! I hope this never happens to another bride.
