This store is just so great in my opinion because I bought a Traxxas rustler Brushless there and the Esc broke down on me three times. the 1st and second time they just gave me a new esc but the third time they totally took the motor, esc, and reciever plus the remote. Replaced it all now i have a new car!!! SHOP HERE :)

Hey guys the other day I bought a e-revo from the redmond store I live 120 miles from the store. Ran it 3 times and the esc went out so I called the store I called the Everett store and talked to wes he said bring it in and well will fit it. That great drove over got it fix and bought a new battery but the plugin leads where not in there so look before you leave. But all in all they are a great store the redmond store I am not happy with but these guys are great.

We were so happy to have a good, big hobby shop move into Everett. There is so much neat stuff in this store, tons of models, rockets, toys, and radio controlled gizmos.My son wanted a helicopter and the guys there were real helpful in finding what he wanted also helping him out with it. We make this a weekly trip!

Buyers beware: they do not stand behind the products they sell or represent. After spending quite a bit of money on several items, I attempted to exchange a defective item within a week of the original purchase. Unfortunately, they would not honor an exchange saying that �warranties have to go to the manufacturer�. I personally will not spend money at a place that does not stand behind their products and will not be back to this hobby store.
