Misleading website, terrible customer service

Had a terrible experience with this company!
I ordered a high-volume fan for a basement remodel. The product didn't ship out for 9 days, and I was not notified of any kind of back order or delay. To keep up with our construction schedule, I was forced to call them and expedite the shipping ($140).

The fan arrived and was completely different than the photos or description on the website. The product photos show an exhaust fan with a circular 6" vent and square form factor; actual product has a 12" rectangular vent connection and a much larger rectangular form factor. Way to big for residential installation. The product specifications page did not specify the vent size or shape. The company claims the photos are "representations" and are not accurate, and that the "actual" dimensions are buried inside a 30pg installation manual.

I opted to return the product, knowing I'd have to foot the bill for shipping. The RMA form they sent me apparently had the WRONG address on it. This put me out $50 in shipping to the wrong address in WA, and another $90 to ship it to the actual address in Florida. Again, the company denied any mistake or miscommunication and said it was the manufacturer's RMA form.

At the end of the month-long disaster, the company only refunded me 75% of the product price, refusing to waive the 25% restocking fee, saying "they did nothing wrong". All of this, despite their incorrect and misleading product page, the delayed shipping, and their blatantly incorrect RMA form.

To recap, I paid $680 for a $390 product, and only got refunded $300.
Avoid this company at all costs and find another distributor!
