Worst service ever! Not honest at all! Beware!

First quoted a trip price and an hour diagnoses. Tech came out to fix my ac unit did not know what was wrong. He then said it was a fan that need replaced. When I quizzed him about why the red light was blinking 4 times and I red the diagnoses on the door to the unit it said something different. I ask why the compressor would come on so I restarted the unit and it runs fine since. I then got a surprise dollar amount a lot higher then what was quoted. Spoke to the service manager (Justin) and he agreed to refund over two hundred dollars. I never saw the refund, called him several times, left messages and still no call back or refund. I should have to keep hunting them down since he agreed to the amount.

We had an excellent experience with G&S Heating.



They were gracious enough to stick us in the day after Christmas (very responsive) because our heater finally kicked the bucket a few days before Christmas. They bent over backwards to get us fit into their busy winter schedule and gave us an excellent deal on our thermostat.



We've been astounded at the overall improvement of our house heating with the equipment they suggested and successfully installed. We noticed almost immediately a much more even heating throughout our home.



The only feedback I have is they didn't communicate ahead of time the arrival time for the measurement appointment or the installation appointment. Although, we gave them slack on this since our appointment was set in under a week during their busy season.



From Nate on sales and final details to Jon and Jason the installers, they were professional, clean and respectful.



We've had a fair amount of house work done most recently, so we've seen a spectrum of, in particular, cleanliness.



We will suggest them to everyone we know who's looking.

Thee folks here offer great service. They have been to my hoe twice this year and both times were very courteous and professional. I am pleased with their work and winning attitude. I will be happy to call them for future service!

They arrived quickly after my initial call. Once they arrived they seemed familiar with the unit and had the problem figured out in no time. fast professional service!

This company is legit! According the owner, Roger, they've installed air conditioning units, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and geothermal units throughout Western Washington.

They offer prompt service and it is done by complete professionals. I would use them again since they did a great job.

G & S Heating was the original installer of my heat pump in the late 90's. Since then I have always called them for service because they are professional and charge very reasonable rates. The 2 techs that were over recently for my energy audit were very professional!

Thanks to G & S Heating! I'm glad they helped me to choose a new heat pump. It now costs less to heat our house than our last one which was smaller.

I do a little maintenance on my furnace, but I have G & S come for normal maintenance.Great customer service. The employees know what they are doing and the quality of the work is great. I would recommend to anyone.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and I was assured a tech would be out same day. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He cleaned up after himself and completed the job in a short period of time.
