Dwayne Lanes has Dippity Doo Service for YOU!

If you want Slick Hair and Fancy Service In Take, then this is the service department for you. They are liars and cons but their service department sure looks nice and I now know why Dippity Doo stays in business. They even have an Espresso Stand! But have you ever wonder how they afford it all? It's because they rip the naive customer off and over charge on all services.



They will tell you something needs to be replaced that doesn't. I took my NEW Dodge Ram in for them to repair the TPMS light. They would not repair it because my truck was 430 miles over the 36K warranty they said covered the light. However, they would be happy to fix it for twice as much as any other repair shop. I even showed them that I had contacted several Dodge dealers while I was on the road for business, which at the time was over a thousand miles under warranty; but they did not care. If they can make a buck they will.



I also watched Kelly as he tried to avoid helping a Hispanic man who had bought the extended warranty on his new Dodge. The man advised that he bought the expensive extended warranty from Dwayne Lanes but Kelly didn't care. It's all about how much money Dwayne Lane can make, but if you like the pomp and circumstance when you pull your car in for service then go to Dwayne Lanes. If you want to be ripped off then Dwayne Lanes is the place for you....they have some Dippity Doo service for you!

Extremely disappointed..........Save yourself the hassle!

We purchased a brand new 4 door Jeep Rubicon from this dealership less than a year ago. They were so sweet and nice while we were purchasing making promises galore! Once they got our money then things changed! The lifetime warranty is crap, good luck getting any service, and if it is done expect to take it back to have it redone! They treat your vehicle with zero respect. The first oil change I brought my Jeep in for they left oiled hand prints all over the side and inside and didn't even reset my odometer! Our tops have been leaking since day one and I mean LEAKING! This is the second set already but they were supposed to be replacing the gaskets. They tried to tell me this isn't happening to any other Jeeps! The other dealerships have something else to say! I called last week and left a message with service on Thursday morning about the leak AGAIN~ It has became much worse, the kids get soaked when we turn the corner!! This is a brand new vehicle! I have 10,000 miles on it!! I never received a call back, then Tuesday I called again asking for the manager! I had tons of water dripping in the vehicle. Of course the manager is too busy to talk to me but the secretary in the service dept. tells me he will call me back.. Does he call... NO! She calls back! Then tells me he is too busy. I let her know I have water in my vehicle and my windows are fogged up and I was very unhappy not getting a call for 5!!!! days. Her response! You won't believe it! She tells me there is no water in my vehicle because I have water resistant seats and carpet!!!!! OMG! Where is the water then?? I tell her I wanted to speak with the supervisor and I am unhappy with this service! She tells me "If I don't like it, take it elsewhere!!!!" WoW I was floored! So I decided to leave a message with the top manager... craziest thing we got a call back from the Service supervisor in a matter of minutes. Whatever! I don't like games or to be disrespected!! They already got our money, they don't want to waste their time actually taking care of their customers, doing warranty work! This is exactly why Chrysler has gone bankrupt! High priced cars that don't last, bad attitudes, poor workmanship and not treating their customers with respect! A proud American is sad to say, our American car companies have something to learn from their Asian and German competitors!I had a Volkswagen for years and I can't even imagine them treatiting me this way! I called for service on my husbands Nissan yesterday...time wait 7 minutes for a return phone call!! l told my sister about the situation and she quickly let me know this is the same dealership who ripped them off for 800! I wish I would've knew that!! Save your self the hassle go elsewhere!
