I have been a client of The CPA Group, PLLC for over a decade and in the last couple of years have been working directly with the new owner, Dana Lashbaugh. Mr. Lashbaugh and his team and are responsive, trustworthy, and highly capable accountants. The professionalism exhibited by Dana and The CPA Group is top notch. The pricing for their services is fair and reasonable. Furthermore, I trust their knowledge and skill in preparing my tax returns and assisting me with other tax issues such as property sales without any hesitation. Each time I have contacted the CPA group over the years, they have been team players who are ready to assist me at every stage. My tax preparation has been thorough and correctly executed every time.
I recently had an issue regarding the IRS and reached out to Dana and he listened to my problem and provided me with knowledge, and he took action to help me resolve it. Dana jumped right into the problem and contacted the IRS directly, which in the environment we live in right now, is a challenge into it itself. Dana was persistent with the IRS and in doing so resolved my problem quickly, effectively and was the “true miracle worker” that I needed. Solely because of Mr. Lashbaugh’s persistency and expertise, is the only reason my issue was fixed. He turned an extremely negative situation into an excellent outcome, and I feel confident and reassured because of his talent and tenacity.
Whenever I have had to contact the CPA Group, each team member has treated me with the utmost respect and friendliness. Dana is very personable and easy to talk with about financial concerns and tax related matters. He never talks down to people and makes complicated issues easier to understand.
