The people that run this daycare are awful. These people are inconsiderate, unresponsive and unprofessional. Unfortunately because they have many families trying to get their kids into their daycare, they think they can get away with treating people disrespectfully. For starters, if you tell people that you will call them back, have the decency and the courtesy to do so, apparently these people don't understand that. For the price you pay to get into their daycare, you will expect to be treated as someone who matters. But their attitude is definitely that they don't need to care.
