My dog is an old girl and has been to various groomer's. This is the first place that regardless of the groomer, my little girl is relaxed. They pay attention to my concerns, are caring and extremely gentle with my baby. She no longer shakes when she is taken to get her hair done and is a happy lady when we pick her up. If you love your pet and want a good job as well as professional,talented,

caring people to fix them up this is the place. I'm so thankful to have found them! You will be to.

We've been to many grooming salons. No one has ever done a better job! We highly recommend A Pet Spa!

We had been a long time customer of the Pet Spa but every since the new owners took over the service has gone down hill. They over book, leaving our dog to sit in a kennel all day. The grooming skills have gone down hill every since the original groomers left. The last grooming on my dog was choppy and poorly done. Sadly, after all these years it is time to look for another groomer.

My Shih Tzu never looked so good! They did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend them!

I have been taking our dogs to Jennifer before she opened her own business. Jennifer was an outstanding groomer. However for the past year, she has consistently over booked the number of dogs she and her staff can effectively groom in a day causing my dogs to stay hours past their appointed pick up time and poorly groomed too. The last time I booked two months out, just to be sure I would be able to get in. Upon arrival at 9:00 AM, the doors were still locked. At 9:20, a female arrived and said she over slept. Myself and about a dozen others all went inside to get our dogs checked in. Since she was the only one there, it was a slow process. Long story short, we finally took our dogs home at 8:00 PM, not fully groomed. our large Newf was still wet. He was brushed, but not cut. They offered to finish him and said it would be another hour. Since we live far away, we declined. We were tired and wanted to go home. They still charged us full price! We will NEVER go back. Please BEWARE!

I've had both my cat and just yesterday my mini schnauzer groomed there. I can't believe how good of a job they did on both my animals. I couldn't believe it was my dog I was picking up he was so cute ;)Would definately recommend.

Twice this business groomed one of my dogs wrong. The second time after giving specific instructions they not only groomed her fur badly they cut the ear of my other dog (a little Yorkie). Beside the injury and bad grooming of one pet they also poorly groomed the Yorkie (whose ear they cut). Also I take toys and a bed for the dogs because they insist you leave them for 5 hours or more, when I got there to pick them up they were in a bare kennel and their toys, bed and water were sitting in a pile by the counter. I will NEVER take my dogs here again. Also they refused any refund.

To get a good price, always ask for a price quote up front. If it seems high, ask how much each part of the service will cost (e.g. nail trim, , whatever). If you don't ask up front, you may be disappointed. The service is great. If you cut off any rats before your visit (and/or tell them they can do the same) then it may help keep the cost down on the brush-out.
