I agree with one other reviewer that the staff here SUCKS!! Although the concept of indoor trampolines seems great......I showed up here so my 8 & 9 year old nephews could jump, only to be told that, I, as their legal guardian, could not, because I am not their parent, and only a parent can sign the liability waiver. Huhhh??? I go to "Monkey Joes" in Danvers many, many times, and Ive signed many a waivers on my nephews behalf. I could have lied to the staff (which I recommend doing if you plan on going to this place) & said I WAS their parent, but, I went the high-road and truthfully told them I was only their Aunt, not their parent. BIG Mistake! Nope! Would not let us in. This causes crying children. Not good business practice, Skyzone!



The staff said an "on-line" form needed to be filled out by the parent (only) in order to be let in. Huuhh?? OK.....I was frustrated & I complied, but, I went out to my car, got onto my iPad, and filled out the form MYSELF! These "rules" put into place to supposedly protect the children are understandable, but, all these rules can be easily broken. Although I do not normally agree with this sort of deception, it was done because I was literally turned away from going in with two children strictly because I was not "capable" enough to make an informed decision on their behalf, at least due to "SkyZone" Staff, that is. So, I filled out the form myself.



"Skyzone"......these rules are put into place, NOT to protect the children, but, to only protect yourself from being sued.



I will choose NOT to visit this place again, not because it wasn't fun, but because of the rude staff. and I choose not to give my money to a company that is more interested in protecting themselves, and not make a day & memories of fun for the children. Go to "Monkey Joes" in Danvers instead. Never had a problem there.
