Over the past year I have been having a real hard time with lower back pain and sciatica. It was so bad that I was limping and hunched over when I walked. The pain was horrible. On a scale of 1-10 the pain was a 15. I tried physical therapy with limited results. I did not want to have surgery because I know the body can heal itself. I tried almost everything and that's when I found Dr. James. Within the first few visits I was beginning to feel a lot better. I noticed I was standing up taller and without pain. My muscles in my lower back began to relax and my sciatic pain was getting better. Fast forward 2 months or so and I can honestly sit here and say my sciatica has gone away.Thank you Dr. James!
