If you expect a real estate broker to stand by you through the total sale, you are looking in the wrong place. This broker took the money and ran and was completely unhelpful after the close of sale in resolving big issues. The staff realtors were great to work with, but after close, the broker was nothing short of rude and dismissive. If you want to have a professional and courteous relationship, look elsewhere.
