I contacted TechHead by email because I needed to backup a hard drive from a laptop that I could no longer turn on. Mr. Head quickly responded by email, as well as by phone.

Before going with his service, I called other repair services to get estimates, and his fee was quite a bit lower than any of the places I contacted.



He completed the backup for me over the weekend in about 3 days and even contacted me by email over the weekend to let me know the status of my backup.



A few years ago, I used another local computer repair service which I was extremely dissatisfied with because of their lack of communication about the status of my computer and the length of time they took to fix it, despite my telling them repeatedly of the urgency of the repair.



My experience with TechHead was thankfully, completely opposite of this previous service, and I would gladly recommend TechHead to anyone, and I would definitely go to TechHead again.
