The water pump on our truck blew on the interstate at 10:00 am. We called AAA and Super Service Center. They were closing at noon since it was Saturday and closed on Sunday, but said they would stick around a get us back on the road. It took 3 1/2 hours to get a tow to the center. They waited for us, fixed the truck, did a great job and were as nice as they could be. I would not have been at all surprised if they would have gone home but I am extremely impressed and appreciative that they stayed. I even tried to give them a tip and they wouldn't take it, I wish we had service techs with this level of integrity and customer service in Kansas City.
Thanks again for getting us back on the road!!!

I am not one to judge one's bu...

I am not one to judge one's business on one occurrence of an event. But I feel it is necessary for me to say what happened to me at Super Service Center so people can be aware. I was driving my car just fine to the store and went I got back into the car, it would not start. We determined it had spark, battery was good, and the coils seemed to be functioning. The only other option was the timing chain. Looking at reviews online (including here), I determined Super Service Center would be the best bet for my situation of needing it towed out of my apartment area. I had the car towed to Super Service Center at 7:30 in the morning. They claimed they were busy and that it might be a while until they could get to it. Perfectly okay. I went home and I waited around for them to call me. When they did call me, they said it didn't have spark and that the crankshaft sensor needed to be changed. Great news! I let them fix it and they said "it started for a minute" and then died. Huh? How does that happen? So I continue about my day. Finally at 4:30PM, they tell me that they ran a compression test and that yes, the timing chain had slipped but it must have bent the valves of the engine as the compression test was way below what it should have been. The guy said it would be 1500 to 2000 dollars due to severe damage. "This is a pretty big deal." he tells me. My heart sunk. My Grandpa car may have just met it's death. I schedule a tow the next morning to bring it back to my apartment until I can decide what to do with it. Super Service Center only charges me for the crankshaft sensor and then gives me an idea of how much it would be for a 3,000 dollar (labor included) Jasper rebuilt engine. I let out a few tears and conclude it will be a while until I can get it fixed as I am only a college student. About a week later, a close friend tells me I should take it to have a second look. He says something doesn't sound right... They did not tear into the engine to tell me for sure so how could they know that the valves are bent. Granted I did not ask them to tear into it but nonetheless. Well I take the plunge yet again and send it off to get fixed at a different automotive repair place (not to be named). Took them a long time but I received the call today that the car is FIXED!! There were no bent valves. There was no damage. A plastic gear broke and so the chain slipped. The gentleman fixed the gear and then replaced the chain. The car started right up. No issues running. Still a great car. Only 344 dollars, labor included, for the car to be fixed. I am sorry but I can not recommend Super Service Center. Based on my experience, I thought I was out of a vehicle because they did not look hard enough and made a conclusion without certainty. Thankfully, I took a second look at another automotive repair shop. The only recommendation I can make to anyone looking here at Super Service Center is to be certain that they can provide proof of your problem before they make ANY recommendations. I am just thankful my car is running... and not needing 1500 to 3000 worth of repairs. For that-- I'm grateful.

Service like it used to be

Took my van in after reading other reviews, checking the Better Business Bureau and seeing their Courier and Press Award and I must say they lived up to their reputation. Honest, prompt and they kept me informed every step of the way before they spent any of my money. When I got in my van to take it home they had newspaper in the floorboard so that they didn't get my carpet dirty test driving it. I have been looking for a good, reasonable and honest mechanic and I found one with Super Service Center.

Excellent Service Reasonable Pricing

My car was having some problems. I was new in the area. I wasn't real sure where to take my car. So I checked the better business bureau's website and this place's name came up. I called and scheduled an appointment for the following day. I took my car in and they was able to tell me right away what the problem was. I agreed to the estimate that was given and was able to get a shuttle ride home. When my car was done. They was able to come and pick me up to take me back to my car. I was really surprised this service was offered free of charge. I paid my bill on my Mastercard. When I got into my car I noticed right away it was running better. This has been 2 weeks ago and so far no more problems. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
