They have really good prices and some good used stuff but they have awful customer service and they don't stand behind any of their used items.

I bought at $50 universal remote by linksys. It could only be registered once so you had to have the previous owners email address and password. It was useless and couldn't be sold 2nd hand. I returned it 2 hours after I bought it and could only get store credit.

I also bought a Xbox 360 quiz game with buzzers for controllers. It didn't come with the IR sensor to connect the controllers so it was useless. Again only offered store credit.

They have a sign in the window that says they buy all Apple Products. I tried to sell an Apple TV and no one there had any idea what it was.

Lastly I asked for assistance from one of three employees who were just standing around behind the counter. I wanted to see if a product was compatible with xbox 360 and it was on a rack near the ceiling. They told me "From here it doesn't look like it will work for what you need". It was all the way across the store. Seriously??? Don't let me bother you just keep holding that chair down.
