Just visited the westside Subway. VERY RUDE SERVICE. I ordered 7 footlongs ham and cheese only, veggies on the side. The kid didn't want to make the sandwiches. He said I should have called in the order. Really?? Seven plain sandwiches are too hard to make? Also, I wanted the veggies in a container on the side. He stomped off to ask someone about that and they don't do that. They can put veggies in the cookie bags. I was trying to make it as simple as possible. I said I would buy a veggie tray, they didn't really want to do that either. $4 for the veggies: lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. It took maybe 2 minutes for them to throw the veggies in the tray (they were not busy). He again said I should have called in the order. I said, well actually I did try to call the day before to ask specifically about he veggies on the side and I was put on hold and nobody ever took my call. He says, well all I ask is that you try. I asked for managers number and didn't get it.

Myself and my four year old daughter visited this Subway location on March 2, 2010 during lunch hour. I will never go back!!!! My daughter wanted to have a Kids Lunch Menu with a sandwich, apples and fruit punch drink. Pretty simple! I paid for her lunch and went to get her apples and drink out of the cooler and realized that they were out of everything she wanted. No apples or fruit punch. All they had available: wht.milk and yogurt. The restaurant was busy, so I waited patiently until someone could assist me. Finally, the cashier said, "What we have is already out." I responded, I have already paid for what has been advertised on the menu and not any of the three people who I had to go through to get one sandwich mentioned that you were out of supplies. Can I get a Sprite and chips instead of punch and apples. Wanda the manager-"No, those are not part of the kds meal." I was so upset! How disrespectful, to customers and to my child. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
