I would not leave any item with this woman. Dropped off my daughters prom dress for alterations. Called her on the Monday before prom to check and make sure she would be able to get the alterations finished for Saturday. She told me she would, but she was very flustered and even told me not to call her, she would call me. She said she was so busy and couldnt get any work done with the phone ringing. Mind you I called her business number, not a personal line to "chat" with her. I called again on Wednesday, and she again said she would be able to get the dress done. I called on Friday evening and she hadnt even started on her dress, but she assured me she would stay till they were all done. I told her my daughter was getting her hair done at 2 and could we come get the dress between 3 and 3:30? She said yes that would be fine, she would have it finished. When we arrived the dress had not even been started. She tried to blame me for everything and never once apoligized.
