I would've posted this earlier, had I known this site existed. I lived here btween 2005 and 2007 and I would've continued to live here until I bought a house if I had stayed in Indiana. The only negative was the parking, there was enough, just too steep of a hill. The apartment was in great condition I loved my neighbors (I ended up being in both of their weddings after we've all moved out of state and i still keep in touch with three of the others). Everyone in my building was under 30 for the most part, but we never had a noise complaint and we always were considerate of each other. There were two instances that residents in our building had some legal issues, but they were quickly taken care of by Ray (or Libby when she was there). For the cost of the apartment and the condition and everything else, we would never have gone anywhere else. It certainly has raised the bar from my expectations of apartment complexes. ray knows what the buildings are made of and why, he understands the complaints that people have, and all your issues are taken care of! I miss living there after the awful places I've lived since!

I lived at OrchardGate for about two years after college, just starting my professional career. It was a great place to live, I had great neighbors and its family owned. If you are looking for a great price combined with a quiet neighborhood, this is where you want to live.
