I would actually give them - - minus a star rating... A friend of mine took a very expensive and new power chair to them just for batteries... It took forever to get it back, and then when he did, he got at home after $300 and it doesn't even work. His wife may not even get the chance to enjoy this little bit of pleasure and freedom that her husband is trying to provide for her! This is her only chance to get outside before she passes... He is such a dedicated husband and they can't even have this little bit of pleasure... She may pass at any time... You should be ashamed numotion! My next step will be Better Business Bureau! He's too nice to say anything in a review but I'm not they better make this good... I'll keep you updated on this on this story
