Very difficult to work with. Long response times. 4-6 hours typically, some shorter, some much longer. Faulty, inefficient monitoring equipment, a router with a bandwidth of 600 Nomad determined was the proper bandwidth for 9 wireless devices. And a leased computer that housed my Quick Books, what I use to run my business that had intermittent problems, only to finally crash, leaving me without Quickbooks for 3 days. Within an hour of the tech returning to Nomad after fixing the hard drive, the manager called and told me THEY were cancelling the service part of my contract but that I had to KEEP MAKING PAYMENTS on their equipment and pay someone else to fix it.
During 2.5 years with NOMAD, I have been yelled at, lectured to about how I had no idea of what a good response time was, condescended to, (are you sure your computer is on?) and made to feel stupid. When I told one of the managers, his response? They make him feel stupid sometimes, too.
Nomad Technologies? I would think twice.

Yay for fast internet service. Great company of experts.
