My taxes were prepared incorrectly several years in a row as discovered in an audit. Because of this I incurred additional penalties and interest. The tax preparer, Tracey Henderson, refused to reimburse me for the penalties and interest. I asked the Consumer Protection Service of IN Attorney General to review my case. They did and offered to facilitate a voluntary arbitration process with this company. I was willing to participate, but Tracey refused. Prior to this incident this past year, I had been a 10+ years loyal client. I believed Tracey Henderson was a person I could trust and I learned differently. (My case number with the Consumer Protection Service is 19-CP-54334 and I have signed for what I submitted to be available to the public.)
