This was the nicest driver I've ever had. Very kind and personable. He was such a great help and help keep me calm as I'm on my way to Discount Tire waiting for my car to be towed there. It was more like a friend picking me up not a cab.

Terrible cab service. Made reservations 1 day ahead , never showed up! Was unapologetic when I called. Had to drive to airport by self. Almost lost my flight. Terrible cab service. Caution:Do not use Green Light Cab service. They are extremely bad

Had such an amazing chat with the driver on my way to a very stressful business presentation and by the time I had arrived, Downtown had me laughing harder than I have in years and nailed the presentation. I owe most, if not all of that presentation to Downtown and the great people at Green Light Car Service!

I had quite the situation the other day, I needed a ride to jasper to support my little sis in her sectional game against Jasper and the car wasn't acting right, thankfully I believe the man's name was Scott not only got me there in time to watch the girls crush 3 sets back to back. Reginonals is in Bloomington, but I have other engagements. When they play state in indy I'll be sure to request "Downtown" because he's supposedly got his nickname in indy, and he's a Reitz alumnus. The fair was reasonable and he even stayed in the local area to give me a ride home after the win! Can't recommend enough.
