I was a member since 2011. In 2014 I tried a personal training program. The trainer, a UE student was wonderful. HOWEVER, when i was finished the billing should have stopped. It didn't. I was lied to repeatedly, the were rude, accused ME of lying, and I was treated unprofessionally. I did not go back and was a regular member. Now they sent my contract to a new gym that can't seem to figure out how to stop my membership dues. However, I don't believe that this new gym was even given all of the information they should have been given. The whole thing has been a big scam. I was told not to be surprised if the new owner of the Weinbach location ended up in jail for fraud. After my dealings with him, I would not be surprised. The new business won't last 6 mos.

This place isn't even worth 1 star to be quite honest. The owner of the company is beyond rude. They do not offer to help when a problem comes up. Their billing system is very unorganized. And most of all, customer service there.....terrible. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior incompetence and lack of intelligence in my life. The owner basically screamed at me on the phone and told me "its not his fault I can't pay my bills" I don't think I need to explain myself to anyone. I have heard all the personal trainers have very inappropriate conversations up front with other gym members or other personal trainers using language I would not want my child or elderly family member hearing for example. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere for gym opportunities
