First Bancorp of Indiana is the holding company of First Federal Savings Bank, providing friendly and personal service to the residents and small businesses of Evansville, Newburgh and surrounding counties in southern Indiana since 1904. First Federal currently has eight locations, six in Evansville, one in St. Philip and one in the Bell Oaks shopping center in Newburgh, Ind. First Federal offers a variety of fixed and adjustable-rate mortgage loan products. Deposits and loan repayments are the major sources of First Federal's funds for lending and other investment purposes. Deposits are attracted from within First Federal's market area through the offering of a broad selection of deposit instruments, including NOW checking accounts, money market deposit accounts, regular savings accounts, certificates of deposit and retirement savings plans.
