Package was delivered to the wrong address again, the person that received my package told the driver where to deliver the package to, FedEx driver took package and headed back to Evansville to the terminal, I wish I had an shipping option other than FedEx, pitiful !!!!

I called FedEx and explained my situation for my holiday weekend, I would not be home for my package being delieved on the consecutive three days that FedEx allows, therefore, I was going to go to their location and pick my package up (which is all away across town for me). I talked to a man and he looked at my package saying that it would be in the next day however it would not be delieved until the 27th due to Thanksgiving. I explained once again my situation and he got very rude with me and did not care how inconvienced I was. I was very, VERY unhappy with my expierence with FedEx. Their customer service was non satisfactory. Before I could continue with my explanation he had rudly interrupted me and said "Ma'am we just cannot allow it no matter what the circumstances." and proceded to hang up on me.


I do NOT reccomend using FedEx. I have used UPS any times and was very pleased with their service. Needless to say, my business is safe with UPS and so is my companys' business.

FedEx is the slowest and most unreliable delivery service. I cringe every time I order something and see its being shipped FedEx. Right now I have 6 packages from 6 different stores and they are all late! They have said out for delivery the last 6 days but they never show up! Do yourself a favor and go with UPS or USPS.

i would recommend using ups cause fedex is slow and their customer service staff is very unhelpful. i called trying to track a package and within the 20 min. conversation we had my arrival time changed 3 times by at least 30 min. intervals.

I called fed ex today to try and see what time my important package would be here and they told me they would call the driver for me and he will be right back.....long story short he hung up on me and I called back and no one else would transfer me back to the local number. Trust UPS...Period.....maybe DHL...but NEVER FED EX....wayyyy to expensive for this kinda treatment
