I went in this place with part in hand (water inlet valve) the gentleman asked me what the model number of the washer was. I explained to him that the stickers had been removed prior to my ownership and I didn't know the model number. He said he couldn't help me. I went home and did a 3 min internet search found the part and ordered it online. I knew I could get it online I just wanted to give a local business my business. This is why businesses are going out of business, they wont take 3 min to help a customer.

I just called and spoke to Tim. He was very helpful, found my part in stock, and he even offered to take my information and put one on hold for me. :)

This place was a lifesaver when our Fridge was not cooling. We were about to lose a lot of meat in our freezer and the entire contents of our fridge, until I went into the store and they walked me through a variety of troubleshooting steps that solved the problem. Reasonable prices, large in-stock inventory and knowledgeable friendly staff. Thanks!

Well, Well, please undertand I did business with this company for many years, several years back. It is ashame to hear how things have changed. I made two calls today and was treated rudley both times. I asked for a simple part but was treated like an idiot because I didn't know the model number of the stove. Really, a tip kit for a new standard stove is not a big request, and with a little effort they could have helped me. I am now ordering the piece on the interenet, and I am sure cheaper. I am a woman and I have a young voice, but do not deserve to be treated disrespectfully. Welcome to the age of the internet. Now I can get what I need and voice my opinion without incoveniencing my local store.................... :(
