I was offered very little when i scheduled my service. The day they were to come install, i called to confirm and the persob i had sched with 4 days earlier never actually sched my install. I had to pick another day/time, and the cable option i had discussed with the first gentleman i did not get when i had to made another sched appt. That cable option "didnt exsist" they said. Poor poor service, communication, and lack of knowledge of the products and packages that are offered.

Today my phone service was upgraded to digital without cost to me. The gentleman that installed the digital modem was polite, efficient, speedy and helpful. My services are all working well. I thank Dewayne ( the service person) and everybody at the Evansville, IN, location. I got great service and recommend Time Warner cable. I epecially like, also, the mini-box cable tv. I can get cable tv without having a portal to adult programming. A internet option of this type would be a great addition. Happy New Year!

This service is sub-par, and extremely overpriced. I canceled my service after about 10 days, and it has been nothing but a hassle. I was told I had 30 days to opt out of the 1-year contract, and then I was told later, I had 3 days. Poor communications, poor service, and horrible customer service. If you have options, stay away from Insight.
