I have used Bud's Plumbing Service several times (today being the most current) and have been very pleased with them. Would highly recommend them.

Called and left a message. No response. Called back and made an appointment. No show. I will not be using Bud's.

I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Bud's. Let's just say I had a DIY turn into a disaster and they were able to help. The guys who came to my house were very nice and they got the job done without any problems. Thanks for cleaning my mess up!

Blake showed up at the proper time and was strongly committed to get this job done and done right. The job was suppose to be a pretty routine one, but unforeseen problems occurred. Thanks to the patience and endurance of Blake the job was completed and all is well. Thanks Blake, great job.

We were very pleased with Bud's service. I really like how they gave us a tight half hour window for the service. The gentleman was very professional and I could tell that he was well trained in not only plumbing, but also in how to interact with clients. He showed me exactly what work needed to be done and quoted the flat rate before starting work - no hidden costs (yay!). We'll definitely be using Bud's Plumbing again.

The plumbers were quick to respond and provided cost effective solutions. We didn't want to spend much with our home being a rental property, and they were respectful of our decision.

Great friendly fast service!

Emergency service was just in time! Called them over a holiday weekend when my pipes busted and my basement was a mess. They were at my house in no time, very friendly and got the job fixed quickly. Highly recommend.

Poor service and over-priced



They did a good job in advertisement everywhere. But that is it.. It was a mistake for me to choose their service for a clogged main drain repair because of $25 coupon in their advertisement.. The technician seems already tired even at the beginning of his job. He did remove some clogged stuff from the main drain pipe through the external clean-out of my house. However, he did not run the snake all the way through to the toilet in the base where the water overflowed due to clogged drain in the first place. The drain was temporarily opened. I paid a huge bill ($300 + weekend surcharge). Only a month later, I had the same problem (less severe) again, and called them and tried to get the problem fixed. The same technician called me back and sounded frustrated with my complaint about his incomplete job in the first visit. He did not want to come over to fix the same problem for no charge. Instead he complained how old my house is and proposed more expensive repair… I really regretted to use them in the first place.

After following them on FB an issue came up and I decided to try them. What a great company. The gentleman that came to the house was very polite, well groomed and mannered and did a great job. He took his time explaining everything and gave me a few tips on saving water as well. I'm a loyal customer now!

Fast, Friendly and a job well done. I have used them for my home and business and highly recommend them.
