I went in to get a filling and teeth replaced in the front of my mouth in 2016 and paid cash for the work I had done and had insurance they said that that was the balance but one year later I got a bill for 10148.00 Needless to say I was shocked So I called and they looked into it and they said that they were very sorry that it was their fault they understood the insurance company wrong they said they would take care of it and that I would not have to pay this but they kept sending me bills so I kept calling because of coarse I was very concerned because I had very good credit but in the end corporate didn’t not ok it so my credit got damaged because of their bad business. I am very let down by all of this and would not recommend anybody to go there if they have insurance !

Jodi the hygienist and the dentist, forgot her name, was wonderful. The office manager Megan refused to let me get any treatment done because my insurance company was closed for the day. That really makes a lot of sense They tried so hard to help me, management is what's wrong with that place. Every other dentist in the entire universe bills your insurance and then you're left with the remainder. I have never heard of coming up with $500 upfront to get myself treated for what I know is covered. Well I will take my good insurance to a local dentist and Aspen will get none of my money!

The office manager here is absolutely horrible! What a whack-job, she has no clue how to run an office and tells you lie after lie regarding pricing and billing issues. Also this place doesn't have a dentist so you are probably getting worked on by someone they hired off the street or possibly a dentist who didn't pass dental school. Go to a private practice and be safe.

This place is a zoo. They say thy take walk-ins but yet they take forever to see you and them you are seen in the chair for like 5 minutes and then wait another hour for the office manager Megan to come talk to you about treatment you dont even want. She is too immature to be in charge at that office. The only intelligent person there is the hygienist and she had to apologize for her incompetent staff more than once. Listen to the other reviews and don't go.

Not an organized office at all. They do not even have a dentist employed there it is whoever decides to show up for the day. Your appointment is confirmed when they know they may not have anyone to treat you. Would not recommend this dental office.

This place was like being at McDonalds on your lunch break when 6 bus loads of people got dropped off with 2 employees that didn't know their behind from a hole in the ground. Office was unorganized, staff was stressed and my room was completely unsanitary. Won't go back here ever again.

The only good thing I have to say about this office is that I got free xrays. I waited for the dentist so long I had forgotten why I even went in the first place. I asked the girl up front if I could have my xrays

to go somewhere else. I took them to another dentist and he laughed and said they are no where near clinically diagnosable. That place is a complete unorganized ripoff.

Don't bother with this office, waste of time. Terrible office service and bedside manner. East side Aspen location is much nicer. I heard this office was shutting down soon due to cross contamination. Don't risk your health!

Most unprofessional dental office ever. I went there yesterday for new patient exam and the dental assistant didn't even know how to take my xrays, the hygienist had to come help her and come to find out the film was upside down. They must not require any educational background or experience to be employed here. After they finally got my xrays she sat me in a room and then forgot about me. I finally snuck out ad left, I felt so uneasy I couldnt go through with the exam.

Very unprofessional office, I returned after 5 years of my first visit which from what I remember was okay, or I wouldn't of wanted to go back. I had a very infected tooth that any doctor to look at. After examining me he said he could get the tooth out. He said the treatment Cordinator would be right in to get me set up. Well she never came in. Finally an assistant came in and he told me our manager is on a conference call I apologize for the way she should not be too much longer. I was developing a migraine because of the pain from this tooth was so bad, I finally got up walked around the office and found that assistant and asked him to please get me set up himself and if I need to pay I'm ready to go ahead and do that. He said he's not allowed to touch me until the office manager comes in. I begin pacing by her office staring at her on the phone. What kind of company has conference calls in the middle of patient care? Completely unprofessional. I left and went all the way over to Illinois to a clinic in Harrisburg to be seen. I am extremely upset. After reading the reviews below me I realize that I was a fool to even go back there. Please don't make the same mistake I did people run away from the place.

If you go here plan to wait around all day. They tell you your appointment is at a certain time but fail to tell you 60 other people were told to come in at the same time. Then doctor won't touch you until you have a meeting about pricing with the office manager. I was there at least 4 hours yesterday and for nothing Because they never got around to telling me a price. I left and went to the USI dental clinic and had much better service, for FREE!

I made an appointment with Aspen dental because I had a severely abscess tooth and my regular dentist could not get me in for weeks. After I got checked in and my x-rays taken doctor examined me and assured the tooth would be a simple extraction and could have it out today. He said please wait for the manager to schedule you and go over payment and then I will be back. Well I waited in that room for over an hour. I got up to use the restroom and at that time asked the front desk girl when the manager would be available, and she told me she was at lunch and will be back at 2. It was now 1:05. I told the front desk girl I would be back then. During that time I tried to call and get in with my other dentist, still he was booked. I had no choice but to wait till 2. When I returned at 2, The office manager was at that time busy with another patient. I just could not win that day. Finally when she came out to get me at 2:30 she told me they did not have time to pull the tooth and I have to be scheduled Friday. I explained to her I have been patiently waiting for a long time and I was aware of the long wait but this is ridiculous and I will be going back to my regular dentist thanks for nothing. Don't waste your time, they do not have a clue what's going on in that office.

I left that office very confused. I wanted a partial but I was told I needed full denture. I understand that but I was not ready to take that step mentally or financially. Finally I return to the office to proceed with the denture. The price the office manager quoted me before somehow doubled. I brought my old estimate and she said that I have to purchase a comfilyte denture because I have natural teeth on the bottom still. I said well I can only afford the cheapest one. The manager explained she understands but in this case I have to buy the most expensive one or they won't do my treatment. That is absolutely ridiculous, why do you sell basic dentures if you refused to sell them. Will they will get no money for me I walked out. I went to affordable dentures, got a cheap denture and I'm quite happy.

Dr AJ began to pull my tooth with no anesthetic! He claims he got me numb and I said you must have thought you did. I said you put numbing gel on and walked away sir, that needle never moved. He left the to go find a Dental Assistant to ask a question he said, and I then walked out. I have never been so mad in my life! He is lucky I didn't punch him out!

1st off, the Doctor was a complete jerk! I couldn't understand a word, and he didn't even address the tooth that hurt which was the whole reason for my visit. Then he left me in the room for 2 hours and a girl named Megan came in to give me a price for a partial (I didn't even want one) and then told me they didn't have time to help me today due to short staff and that my insurance was taking too long to send them a fax so I was out of luck. I quickly left...then realized I forgot my sunglasses and when I came back in there was absolutely no staff to be seen at all. When I took it upon myself to walk myself back to the chair I was sitting in the same girl who said they didn't have time to help me was showing the staff pictures on her cell phone. I said, hope you are having playing on your phone while I leave in complete and utter pain and it's not good patient care to turn people away! I am just appalled at that place.

This place was horrible! The girls that checked me in were nice but then they all started getting cranky rushing me through because they had too much going on or something. After the dentist told me what my tooth needed to save it he just left and they kept saying I had to wait on the treatment coordinator to take my money and go over finances first. After I told her I wanted a 2nd opinion because the price seemed kind of high she stared crying and saying please just accept or I will loose my job! I said I am out of this place. Weird vibes there man.

This place is all about money. No care whatsoever, just hurry you through and if you don't want to spend a lot they don't give you the time of day. I didn't even feel like I met a doctor, it could have been an assistant for all I know. Just said you need this and wait for the cashier to take your money. Then they tell you,they have to check on other patients. I have never seen so little staff juggle so many patients. It should be illegal!

Started off well, then went chaotic. My appointment was at 9am. I was seen by Xray tech Amanda who was very efficient and knowledgeable. She explained the new patient process, very friendly. Dr AJ was also very thorough and promised me he would get my tooth out before lunch, told me to wait there for the manager to schedule and price my treatment and I sat there 2 hours! Amanda told me they were working on my insurance. I heard the front desk holler to her that its been in since 9:30! It was now 11am. Finally I got tired of hearing her apologize for her manager and I left. I have never heard of an office where doctor can't work on his patients until the manager talks to you. I'll take my good insurance to a private dentist!
