Customers are liabilities.

That is the message from Acros after they acquired Mega Gymnastics. Acros is not honoring any birthday parties booked with Mega Gymnastics through Seize the Deal. We purchased the assets, not the liabilities. was a quote from Cindy, the business manager. We booked the $150 party with Mega for $75 (1/2 of which went to Mega) and were paying $50 to upgrade. The comparable package with Acros was $225. So for about $137.50 Acros is willing to alienate at least one customer with 2 young girls just getting into dance and gymnastics.

This doesn't even take into account the fact that I went by the facility and a note was taken down to call me concerning this, but never delivered. Again shoddy customer service. To talk with Cindy, the blame all lies with the former Mega owners and management. I have no doubt that there is blame to spread. But excuses (explanations according to Cindy) only go so far. There were 2 parties involved in the sale of this business and it is not like the people from Mega are in California. Quit making excuses, pick up the phone or meet and get these things hashed out so that you can serve your customers.

Let's not be so naive as to believe that this is not a business and in existence to make money. I understand that. What Acros needs to understand is that this was an opportunity to earn customers by doing the right thing. The money lost on my daughter's birthday party would have been made up many times over with business that I would have given them in coming years. Now, it is my mission to pay them back 10 fold in negative word of mouth advertising.

Remember....at Acros, you're not just a customer. You're a liability!
