My $60 alignment.... 30 minutes in waiting room, then I am told that my Chevy Silverado truck can't be aligned without "special" holes being made to access the caster/camber adjustments. So the new charge is twice. I decline the offer and he says all they can to is the toe-in alignment. When I leave, my steering wheel is no longer straight. I took it to Marc Younts and got it done right. Ripoff at this tires plus.

I could write a book on the headache this location has caused me. I want to stress this location because overall Tires plus has been fine. I went into this Tires Plus for an oil change and left with a new car problem that was not there before. They had somehow (I don't know how) caused my SRS light to come on. I immediately noticed this and brought it to their attention. Now I am the kind of person who takes care and notices every sound and light about my car. And this light was NOT on before the oil change. After bringing it to MR. Tom's attention he basically called me a liar and told me there was nothing he could do for me????He told me to take it to Honda and have it looked at. I called HOnda and they said that it was awful convenient for Tires Plus that it magically came on and that Honda would have to charge me $60 to look at it so they advised me to take it back to them. Tom refused to help me, called me a liar, and told me I should be happy that he didn't rip me off for other work!!! He has to be joking, I should be happy. I would recommend you get your work done by any of the many other TRUSTWORTHY auto shops in the area. But not by this place.
