Please do not shop here ! You will regret it !!!I would give this place a 0 is I could. I was there 3 days ago and bought what was suppose to be a 100% human wig . Within 3 days that wig was so matted in the back I had to call my stylist and get my hair completely redone. I paid $139 for wig on top of purchasing other products. So I lost that money on top of paying my stylist twice to get redone. Thw braider in the back would not even listen. She was extremely rude and would not do anything, Greed and horrible customer service!! Do not buy hair here ! You will regret it ! I am in healthcare, I would never walk around with my hair looking like it did.

I was very pleased with my service. I'm new to the area and I just happened to be in the beauty supply store and sent in for a consultation. She was very knowledgeable about the your of twist that I wanted and even suggested a better hair to use. Now the lady working on the site behind the counter was flat out rude but the stylist was very professional. She fit me in for a same day appointment. Now she did start on me 2 hours later but that was because the Clint before me was late and very difficult. She didn't just do a rush job even though it was getting to be very late at night. My braids are very neat and not tight AT ALL. And I am very over protective about my edges! I would recommend the braiding salon to anyone. In fact my mom is in town and she's getting her hair done today.

The owners pretend to be nice when they are in fact horrible.

They accused my daughter of stealing & they don't like to pay their employees for the hours that they worked.

My other daughter got her hair braided there & the braids fell out after only being in a week.

I would not take my worst enemy there, let alone my dog !

1 star , the owner is horrible and does not stand behind products sold in the store

Very good service however you need to work within the braider's schedule. He appointment book isn't always open!
