Larry became frustrated at his inability to repair my car, so he backed my car out his repair bay going 35 mph around the corner of his shop while slinging gravel everywhere and into the paint of my other vehicle. While blindly backing up my car and slinging gravel, he came very close to slamming into an oncoming vehicle entering the parking lot. As he exited my car, he violently slammed the door and began to have a full-blown rage similar to an autistic 4-yr-old. Larry has a severe personality disorder and exhibits very scary behavior. I was frightened by his bizarre behavior and worried I wouldn't safely get out of his shop. Stay far away from this repair shop.

I have heard of Larry's rep for being bipolar but i have gone to the guy for years since i lived down town. He even gave me rides home during his time and he didnt have to do that. So while he may seem gruff in personality i didnt let myself be offended and i got great work for a great price.

Very bad experience with larry teal i called larry for alighnment bad mistake red flags bad gut feeling right away he had god complex u dont matter to him i also caught him in about 10 lies in the 3 times i spoke with him he took 10 min to do my alighnment when it takes hour my truck drove terrible after he does not have working alighnment machine but made it appear that it does work con artist then would not return my money when i asked him for it back he said his time is more valuable he also said he would call police when i said i want my money back. BEWARE CONARTIST

Larry Teal is arrogant, unfriendly, and treats his customers like he's doing them a favor by being open for business. I should have realized what I was getting when I called to make an appointment. His first words to me were "What makes you think you need an alignment"? Very unprofessional. His shop is also dirty. I'm not sure how he stays in business. If he treats everyone like he treated me he deserves to be put out of business.



There are several alignment shops in the area. Pick another one. Any of them. Teal's is bottom of the barrel.

I made an appointment then realized that I had a Dr's appointment at the same time so I called back the next day and asked to change it to another day and he asked me for a credit card number to hold it when I asked why when he didn't need one for the last appointment he replied he was tired of people changing ????

That is when I hung up and made arrangements with another alignment shop.

Will never us this place again. ( not even if I broke in his parking lot)

He doesn't even deserve the one star

I made an appt for 3:45 the next day. I arrived at 3:40, only to be greeted by a locked door, empty shop, and a sign that said he would return at 4. I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, at 4:30, I gave up. I'm not sure if this is a policy that Mr Teal uses with every customer, but I sure felt like I wasted a lot of valuable time waiting when I was told to be there at a quarter to 4. Crappy. I took my business elsewhere and could not be happier.



If you like to make appointments only to be stood up by Mr. Teal, then this is the place for you. If you like to waste time, gas, and patience, I recommend setting up an appointment with Larry Teal's alignment!
