I've been having the same A.C problem since I bought my home in 2007 with condensate backing up into the SafeT Switch and causing the air to turn off. Having had another company look into and then trying to fix it myself after they didn't I was tired of having the same old problem. I called St Louis today after seeing them advertised in my church bulletin. I called around 3 and they were at my home by 4. The technician, Jon, checked everything top to bottom and found that the switch was originally installed too low. Problem seems to actually be solved. So Happy I call them.

I called them when my ac quit and they were at my house within a couple of hours!! On a Saturday at that! The technician was very friendly and helpful.
