Nayland Stevens himself and his Landscaping supervisor John came out and estimated my landscaping project and needs. I was overwhelmed by the artistry and color pallet used to make my landscaping so beautiful. Thank you very much Mr. Stevens - John and all of the friendly staff at Nayland Stevens Nursery... remembering that Mr. Stevens had sold his nursery previous but for some strange reason the person he sold to kept his name as Stevens Nursery... this caused them lots of problems with customers and credit problems. Now they are reopened as Nayland Stevens Nursery & Landscaping. I'm sure Nayland and Mary Stevens will have their grandsons running a nursery they have established something inthe future. Good Luck!

In March, I ordered two pallets of Behia sod from Steven's. I was called at 8am on the morning of the scheduled delivery, and told that the delivery would be pushed to the afternoon because the sod was being cut as we speak. When the delivery truck showed up and unloaded, the pallets appeared a little ragged. The driver assured me that he picked them up from the pasture that morning. I accepted delivery.

As I began to attempt to lay the sod, I noticed hat after the first 20 or so pieces on top, the pallets were unusable, and resembled the remnants used to fill the sides of roads.

I called Steven's three times. Each time, I was told that I clearly did not know what I was doing. After the third call, the manager told me she would have her husband come out and look at it. That was two months ago.

The unusable pallets are still sitting in my yard. They refuse to take my calls, and have refused to return my money.

This is clearly a business that practices the antiquated philosophy of Buyer Beware!

If I could add the video and pictures of this mess, I would.

I love driving by this nursery. It helps beautify County Road 44a. But I really love driving in. The place is so well maintained and the plants are kept so well that I do not want to leave. This nursery makes you feel like you are in a magical place!

I am writing this letter to thank you and to express our great satisfaction with your assistance in replacing our landscaping.





The redesign work and the plant materials you have used have resulted in a new and beautiful landscape. We continually receive complements from our neighbors and other friends regarding the new work.





We obviously have made an investment in these changes and your quality work is worth the investment.
