All I wanted was a trim and she told me it would be 31 dollars...I didnt even want layers. She said it was because of the length of my hair. My hair is not even to the middle of my back.

Horrible!!!!! They Messed up my hair so bad right before my sons graduation an Mother’s Day. I was embarrassed and had to go to someone else to fix my hair. I sent the manager over the stores a receipt an asked for a refund and got no response. Poor management. And they overcharge you watch out...
